I had the good fortune of dealing with Sylvie Tremblay over the last week or so and she was incredibly helpful. I have been trying to assist my Aunt with the funeral arrangements for her husband. Sylvie was very kind, patient and went over and above her responsibilities to ensure that my aunt understood the situation and how to find remedy. Sylvie also displayed sincere courtesy in the manner in which she spoke with my aunt and myself. I appreciate the extra effort she took to call me and keep me updated.
