It is with tremendous sadness that we announce the passing of      

JACQUELINE POUPORE (ROMAIN)

1940 - 2022

Mrs. Jacqueline Poupore, age 81, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2022, after a short but hard-fought battle with cancer. She was born on May 16, 1940, and married the love of her life, Brian Poupore, on December 11, 1965.

Loving mother of Michelle Poupore (Roger Fournier) and Glen Poupore (Hee Jin Kim) and cherished grandmother to her beloved grandchildrens Steven Fournier, Shannon Fournier and Jasmine Poupore.

Predeceased by her brother Jacques Romain (Lise Ouelette), she is survived by her sisters Lorna Béland (Jeff Béland), Joan Amyotte (Clifford Amyotte) and Thelma Kuehl (Bill Kuehl).

She also leaves behind her numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, along with many other family members and friends, all of whom she loved so dearly.

A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, for 11 a.m. at St-Mark’s Parish, situated at 160 Rue Principale, Gatineau, QC. Condolences will begin at 10:30 a.m. Due to the covid restrictions, guests present will be on invitation only.
